That’s why I created UKUMANTA, a wellness space for women to feel better in their bodies and create real balance in everyday life.
One simple step at a time.


The Struggles That Made Me Shift Everything
On the outside, I was functioning and okay but inside, I felt overwhelmed by stress, pressure, anger, resentment, and guilt.
These emotions weren’t just in my head; they showed up in my body too, through constant overthinking, acne, digestive issues, UTIs, tension with loved ones, and painful patterns in my romantic relationships.
When I Finally
Started Looking Within
That deep discomfort became my turning point. It pushed me to explore alternative and natural ways to heal, not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too.
This magical, messy search led me to yoga (and eventually becoming a certified teacher), energy work, emotional regulation, and conscious reprogramming.

Little by little, I began to see that
balance was possible, not just in
my body, but in all layers of my life.
And once the inner shifted…
the outer started to harmonize too.
My Journey
From Inner Chaos to Inner Calm

In 2019, everything felt chaotic. I was anxious, overwhelmed, and triggered by everything around me.

That year, I began therapy and started healing my family wounds, which brought my first taste of inner calm.
In 2020, I graduated during lockdown and, after getting COVID, was forced into stillness.
​​
That pause became a sacred turning point.
I went inward, meditated, and reflected on how unbalanced I was during this time.


In 2021, from a tender yet brave place,
I ended a relationship, left my marketing job, and moved out of my dad’s house.
​​
I stepped into adult life, fearful but full of faith, ready to take responsibility and grow.
In 2022, I had the most transformational year of my life. I call it, my "Rebirth Year."
​
Through Shamanic school and deep inner work, and starting UKUMANTA, I faced many of my shadows across body, emotions, energy, and mind.
​​
Yet, thanks to this difficult journey, I was reborn into a new woman. A Divine Woman.


In 2023, I began embodying the Shaman and Priestess within and was ready to share and teach what I had been learning and changing my life.

Through UKUMANTA, I started to offer private yoga classes, 1:1 coaching sessions, oracle readings and began holding space for other women, even as I continued to find my own balance.
In 2024, I expanded my offerings within UKUMANTA, and began leading cacao ceremonies, bridal blessings, and oracle readings.

My voice became clearer. My path became deeper.
​​
I witnessed how this work touches and transforms women.


Now, in 2025, I continue to guide women through their wellness journey not just through in-person events, but in a way that’s more accessible and aligned with your real life.

UKUMANTA is the container, the sacred accumulation on everything I’ve gathered over the past 6+ years: the holistic wellness practices, formulas, rituals, and real-life tools that helped me return to inner balance.
It’s the space I wish I had when I was first starting out my wellness and healing journey.

I’m now an Inner Balance Mentor, offering gentle support for women who are ready to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their emotions, and create space for joy again.
Whether through my self-paced online course, in-person shamanic yoga, cacao ceremonies, or any other sacred celebrations like bridal or baby blessings, I help women design the joyous life they deserve.
