I guide women back to inner balance through conscious, sustainable wellness.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or out of rhythm with yourself, you are not alone. I’ve walked that path too and it became the doorway to deeper healing, peace, and true joy.

That's why I created UKUMANTA, a sacred space where women can return to their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, understand their emotions, and live in a way that feels steady and aligned.

Not through extremes.

Not through pressure.

But through simple, structured practices that create real, lasting harmony.

One intentional step at a time.

I am here to reflect your truth back to you until you remember your own power.

The Struggles That Made Me Shift Everything

On the outside, I was functioning and okay but inside, I felt overwhelmed by stress, pressure, anger, resentment, and guilt.


These emotions weren’t just in my head; they showed up in my body too, through constant overthinking, acne, digestive issues, UTIs, tension with loved ones, and painful patterns in my romantic relationships.

When I Finally Started Looking Within

That deep discomfort became my turning point. It pushed me to explore alternative and natural ways to heal, not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too.

 

This magical, messy search led me to yoga (and eventually becoming a certified teacher), energy work, emotional regulation, and conscious reprogramming.

Little by little, I began to see that balance was possible, not just in my body, but in all layers of my life.

And once the inner shifted… the outer started to harmonize too.

My Journey: From Inner Chaos to Inner Calm

2019 · The Awakening
In 2019, life felt chaotic. I was anxious, overwhelmed, and easily triggered by everything around me.
That year, I began therapy and started healing family wounds, experiencing my first true moments of inner calm.

2020 · The Sacred Pause
In 2020, I graduated during lockdown and, after getting COVID, was forced into stillness.
That pause became a sacred turning point. I went inward, began meditating, and reflected deeply on how unbalanced my life had been.

2021 · The Leap
In 2021, from a tender yet brave place, I ended a relationship, quit my marketing job, and moved out of my dad’s house. I also met and started a sacred relationship with my now husband. I stepped fully into adulthood, fearful yet faithful, ready to take responsibility for my growth and life.

2022 · The Rebirth Year
2022 was the most transformational year of my life. I call it my Rebirth Year. Through shamanic school, deep inner work, and the birth of UKUMANTA, I faced my shadows across body, emotions, energy, and mind. Through the difficulty, I was reborn into a new woman. A Divine Woman.

2023 · Embodiment and Service
In 2023, I began fully embodying the Shaman and Priestess within.
Through UKUMANTA, I started offering private yoga classes, one to one coaching, oracle readings, and holding space for other women, even as I continued deepening my own balance.

2024 · Expansion and Voice
In 2024, I expanded my offerings within UKUMANTA, leading cacao ceremonies, bridal blessings, and oracle readings.
My voice became clearer. My path became deeper.
I witnessed firsthand how this work touches and transforms women.

2025 & 2026 · The Next Chapter
Now, in 2025, I continue guiding women through their wellness journeys not only through in-person experiences, but in ways that are accessible and aligned with real life.
